Best thing
The people there are lovely
Worst thing
It can get a little tedious but not a massive issue

Best thing
Some of the staff are lovely
Worst thing
Wages do not meet a living wage, not paid enough for the level of stress that the job entails, sick pay in non existent, bullying in the work place, a “if your face fits mentality” a very “bitchy” environment don’t buy into the “Moneypenny love” the higher ups have no idea how the majority of their PA staff are treated by members of management, extremely stats driven, lack of understanding or support for their disabled employees, limited support for issues such as mental health, it’s a very clicky environment, spend much of your time alone no interaction with your team which impacts the feeling of belonging & building relationships, high turn over of staff, exit interviews are pointless as nothing that’s raised in them seems to change, focused more now on money than the wellbeing of their staff… I could go on!
