Supporting vulnerable people, and trying to make a difference.
Worst thing
Lack of support from social services, housing providers, poor wages, 24 hour shifts with no breaks, no regular staff team, people placed in inappropriate services, no support from police when crimes have occurred, no chance to progress, no access to studying although this was promised.
