It's school catering (contract) so the school is lovely. Team is great.
Worst thing
Management don't do much managing. Your forever chasing. Yet if your off sick you need to ring a hotline within a time set. No confidence in management or the company. They don't pay overtime but expect you to take time out of your own personal time to do things.
