If ur under 21 it's great basically like school break time but you get paid and have to put together burgers
You have to put together a lot of burgers very quickly, or clean very very quickly, or do anything as quickly as possible and although some people(like myself) don't mind this and can still enjoy myself with my mates at work, a lot of others walk out or quit early into the job
McDonald’s Employee, April 2022

-Barely get any training, or isn't good enough
-Some places are super dirty and not a good working environment, safety and hygiene

The people you work with
Not enough staff . Being worked into the ground with no regard for your mental health
McDonald’s Employee, March 2022
Complimentary Shift Meal was the only benefit.
Absolutely stressful. Not worth it despite the wage paid. Horrible Managers who play favourites. They do not care about you, treat you with no respect and make you work like a robot. You can get warnings just for being sick. No one trains you properly and you have to figure things out on your own or by assumptions. I received a few oil burn scars from this job.
