    Why this matters

At a good job, you should expect to work about the same number of hours that your contract guarantees you, most of the time.

It’s useful to pick up or drop a few shifts here and there, but if you often work a lot more hours every week than you’re contracted for, a good job should guarantee them.

This means you’re more likely to know when you’ll be working and how much you’ll earn in advance.

50% discount off food, free food using 4 point system on shift

    Worst thing

You can’t clock out until after you receive your food, even if it’s busy and you wait 20 mins for food, leaving only 25 mins for your break. Rude managers particularly the younger ones, takes too long to get new uniform, people call in sick whenever they want you you are expected to cover for them and work their shifts. Basically not allowed to ask for weekends off, they get suspicious if you do and only give them off to favourites. Constantly understaffed and the managers are running around like headless chickens wondering why when the answer is in their face. Long hours, breaking your back for only £7.50 an hour only to get treated like rubbish. Avoid. Even if you can set your own schedule and it’s good for students, it’s not worth the stress
