Some people are really lovely. There's a "family" feel. Starbucks on site.
There's too much focus on targets. People forced onto workstreams/teams they're not comfortable on. Not much in place to support advisors with stress/anxiety despite barking corporate wellbeing all the time.

Management. They are absolutely disgusting, treating staff unfairly, dont do their jobs properly
just give orders and stand around or go on their phones or hide in the back. Or go to 'meetings' and eat and drink alcohol. Not professional at all. Customers are absolutely horrible and rude. If you have a family don't work here as they don't care you have children.
