Best thing
Freedom in bakery to a degree, can work and take breaks when I want rather than be told. Colleagues and managers in store. Unique team, when visitors come to cover shifts they are impressed by our team spirit
Worst thing
Not getting enough help at times feel like bakery is poor cousin to the main store sometimes. When customers are nasty, feel like we cannot defend ourselves and address their behaviour, just have to take it

Best thing
Helping people , making sure I do my best every day.
Worst thing
Not getting recognised for what we do , except when customer surveys come through, that's all that staff get recognised for.
