  colleagues are friendly and supportive people who are genuinely so lovely and kind.

  Worst thing

  management of duty free is atrocious, zero respect for staff unless it’s their own. poor behaviour from management and we were treated like it’s the army. basically told to be robots all shift. such a shame as colleagues are wonderful but managers are bullies who see us as just another number. when any issues are brought up it’ll never be resolved. if you want your personality and individuality stripped this is the place
