Best thing
Nothing, Majestic has been strip minded to the point of collapse. They are so understaffed, most of the staff leave within a short time of joining.
Worst thing
Pressure to hit unattainable targets when understaffed.
Incompetent managers who are yes people to head office. None have the guts to stand up because they're threatened with a PIP if they do.
Managers are either inexperienced or keeping their heads down and not making any ripples before they retire.
Unsuitable hours, no work life balance. Underpaid and no overtime paid for contract employees. HR are oblivious to staff situations and blindly follow the CEO.
