The people I actually work with day to day.
Worst thing
HQ and the Founders having absolutely no idea what an actual cafe needs to run. Asking impossible tasks of the staff to complete during busy shifts, was told it was my responsibility to get events in over winter or I'd be out of a job over the winter period.
