Best thing
Amazing workplace culture with a great bunch of people. Flexible hours and good discount and staff food :) Opportunities for progression are strong too with training opportunities in lots of areas including kitchen or coffees and first aid. Annual day festival for all workers with free food and drinks is a plus :)
Worst thing
Minimum wage if not a supervisor. Also hours can get cut when service is quiet which can be annoying when you're relying on hourly pay.
