What are retail and sales assistants saying about pay at LloydsPharmacy?

Best thing
On the whole, colleagues you work with are kind and look after each other. Good atmosphere amongst staff.
Worst thing
Lloyd's Pharmacy is constantly, cutting hours and putting shop staff and Pharmacists under intense pressure. With Increasing numbers of prescriptions and little support or thought from head office. Pay is poor aswell considering the amount of work you have to do on a daily basis.
