The benefits of working for Lloyds. Really good pension and share schemes. Staff mortgage too.

Always chasing your tail. Management have no idea how to keep on top of workload and apply stress to less paid staff. Many staff have mental health issues due to the way they are managed. 2 people allowed off in a team of 20 at any one time makes taking holidays awful. Constantly shifting goal posts and work load so you never feel under control.
