  • Best thing

    The work itself is really good, like you get to do what the service users want to do. Its not like an ordinary boring job where its the same everyday. Work colleagues are fantastic and go above and beyond to help service users and we all get on.

    Worst thing

    Management, they palm you off all the time. Really do not support you at all.
