    Stressed, good work goes unrecognised, but something small done wrong is instantly pulled up.
    Managers don't always get to take breaks but still have to input they had a break. So they don't get paid for 15/30mins work they've actually done.
    Abuse from customers- shop lifters etc.

    Management can't manage properly, lack of training (you just have to get on with it and hope you grasp it quick enough) stress and time pressure, 30 min breaks however long your shift is, (could be 10+ hours) unsociable hours
