Management do not want to help especially when it comes to the care of the service users, we get no support and no one knows what to do, we always feel like we are walking on thin ice all the time, management don’t want to listen to our concerns either, they just say “we know what we are doing” and wave us away, staff are constantly stuck in limbo and unsure of what care to provide for some service users
