  My manager adjusting my timesheets after I've submitted them so I don't get paid for the number of hours I work. Being undervalued and not recognised for my expertise. Being told that I'm not entitled to holiday pay, sick pay or other benefits because it's officially a zero hours contract even though I am expected to work particular weekly shifts (NB. my hourly rate does not include any rolled up holiday pay either, which is what should actually happen.)

  The unmanageable amount of responsibility, the excessive expectation by tenants, the volume of work required, the conflicting, multiple, but all equally important priorities, persistent demands to care deeply about hundreds of tenants "wellbeing" whilst having no resources to support this, no team work, little support from colleagues across the business, being pulled in 6 different directions on any given day, working for an organisation that is terrified of customers complaining, trying to navigate poorly written, conflicting policies/procedures and a disregard for legislation.......

  Team and line manager are understanding and flexible; location is suburban and there's free parking.

  Management at HQ have little knowledge of the working culture outside of city centre offices. Very few training opportunities for older employees, those below management level or above basic skills and those wishing to gain or use transferable skills.
