    5.5

    Legoland Windsor Employee, July 2022

  • Best thing

    Great people to work with
No two days are the same
    Making memories for families

    Worst thing

    Management don't listen
    Long shifts
Early shifts can from 7.15am and can be working till 4pm
Late shifts can be from 12 till 9pm
Sometimes with sick calls you get asked to stay meaning you can be working from 9.30am till 9pm
Not adequately trained for all the questions or queries guests will ask you about (only trained in your department meaning I can't tell people what rides are open, what food places are open ect but can tell them when the next show is or character meet and greet is)
No opertunity to progress unless your friends with management No matter your skill set
Not appreciated by any management team (even for last minute things such as they decide to keep the park open an extra hour meaning you have to work and extra hour and get No thank you for staying on)

  • Best thing

You make friends really easily and it can sometimes be fun working with lego

    Worst thing

Long hours, staff buses are horrendous, breaks aren't long enough in comparison to the shift length, work up to 2 weeks without a day off. No progression. Some roles require more work for the same amount of pay as someone who comes in and doesn't have to do as much
