• Best thing

  The guys on the ground. Those in upper management find ways to manage people out of the company legal or otherwise.

  Worst thing

  Under valued, no benefits, no sick pay if injured doing the job. But most of all, the managing director has less experience on the ground than the new starters in the company yet tries to tell people how to do the job.
