The staff team and SLT. sLT are professional and skilled with students and parents beyond any previous experience.
Unnecessary duplication of work to meet inappropriate and unrealistic statuary guidance that the county council can't match so why burden schools with additional work load and tight timescales when the county council re years behind.

I get to have time off when my children do.
Job satisfaction seeing children succeed.
The workload is horrendous. Be prepared to work outside your contracted hours in the evenings and at weekends, and during unpaid time in holidays too.
Also be prepared to have many members of the public slate you and your profession regularly and tell you how to do your job.
Be prepared to be totally unappreciated by the government.
Because you can only take time off in the holidays you'll find it difficult to get away due to school holiday costs.
