What employees are saying about Kingsley Healthcare

  • Best thing

The role was rewarding. The team on the ground are lovely and supportive and a great laugh. The residents are lovely and I will rember all of them for the rest of my life aswell as the stories I 've gained from working there

    Worst thing

The head office are repulsive. No care is given to the most important people: the residents. Corners are cut to maximise profits often leaving the carers without the tools to properly care for people. Youre compassion is used as a weapon against you to make you work longer and unscheduled hours. The chairman is a morally repugnant man who has decided to generate profit from the most vulnerable in society. My mental health was poor shortly before leaving this job due to my sense if hopelessness and burden of caring for people without the help of the head office. People died in the time I was working here and the blame should be on the people in charge. I have nothing but love for the carers, chefs, porters, residents and families of Brooke House, but the people in charge have taken every opportunity to extort all of the people mentioned above.
