I took this job because I was made redundant from my last due to the Covid epidemic. I am just grateful that I am earning. Albeit in an industry that needs tighter regulations.
The way health and safety is palmed off to the man who has to do the job. Yes...We all signed to accept our own responsibilities...but it also smooths over any liability the company has over our welfare dealing with the waste we are expected to clear everyday.
