  I like the flexibility and some of the tasks

  The pay is terrible for what I do I'm not a clinician and can understand why they are paid more and rightly so but I do feel undervalued because of it I mean I earn 22p above the minimum wage and to me that feels embarrassing especially when people say admin are essential but I don't feel valued because of the lack of pay
