Really nice colleagues, laid back environment

Managers overwork all staff, especially the teenagers. Badly understaffed and district/regional managers don't care about hiring staff for old stores or improving them, they only care about new stores. Holidays have to be booked a month in advance even if its just a day. No training on warehouse machines but everyone uses them which violates Health&Safety. Overall lack of care/interest from managers higher than store level.
