  the other people i work with, it’s helped me make lots of friends

  shifts get cancelled at the last minute or pushed back many hours, so for example last week i was rotaed 2 8 hour shifts, i only ended up doing 1 5 hour shift, so the money is unreliable
  the managers never help out during a rush
  we have to stay very late on a busy close because there’s so much to do and the managers never help but ask us to hurry up
  the tips aren’t shared fairly
  if you want to book a day off but it’s a busy day you can’t have it off no matter what it’s for
  you have to give 2 weeks notice if you want to quit yet they can’t even give you an hour notice if your shift gets cancelled
  they’re constantly hiring but can’t give their staff already more shifts
