The pay and friendly shift management.

Lack of staff training leads to no one knowing what do, demotivation and high levels of stress, specifically during rush hour when orders can be waited for as long as an hour. The lack of shift choice is also a problem as well as the fact that our shifts are told to us the week of doing the shifts, as a student it doesn't work well. We also get paid monthly.
