    overall working for jet2 as cabin crew is amazing . It’s the best airline to work for as you get better benefits than long haul airlines get . You meet amazing people everyday and not everyday is the same . Wages are better than any short haul airline and commission rate is better also . You also get more money in top of your basic wage when you fly aswell as an end of summer bonus of £1000 as a thank you . Best managers , best trainers , the best people and the best airline . They are super supportive and caring towards all its staff members . They are also so accommodating so even being a mom they understand

    Hours rarely any weekends off and management speak down on you and blame things on people and dont lie a lot

    A lot of time off especially over winter.
    Working with new people everyday.
    Generous commission.
    Easy to book holiday, if available.
    Can request 3 days off per month without using Annual Leave

    Worst thing

    Don’t get time for a break during a shift.
    Very fast paced.
    Have to deal with challenging customer situations.
    Don’t get a choice on what shifts you work and they can change last minute based on demand.
    Near impossible to swap a shift, if you have made plans in advance, so you miss a lot of social events with friends and family.
