Staff are miserable and hate working there. Management fire a ton of people for personal silly reasons.
Expected to manage a whole floor alone. This includes pouring drinks, phone orders, food orders and cleaning tables. This is impossible, you ask management to come down from the office while they are doing nothing and get verbally abused.
Absolutely no support help or training.
    Unsafe work environment for staff.
    Kitchen is unhygienic and unsafe.
Hounded and called multiple times to work on days off and days I was unable to work.
