    Shift patterns, work a close and go home very tired at 1am, then have the next day off but then you are in the following day at 6am for deliveries. Can be very stressful. Often short staffed. Dealing with drunk and aggressive customers.

    If you do your job well (it's not hard) you'll be expected to pick up the slack for everyone.
    Have to work late nights and early mornings, pretty much every weekend.
    Managers sit in the office and then complain when service is slow instead of helping out.
    ALWAYS short staffed and still want to save hours.
