What people are saying about sick pay at Itsu

  • Best thing

    Paid breaks

    Worst thing

They cut your hours during lull periods but didn't add additional manpower on days when there is an event and that there is a chance there is more then expected customers coming in... plus the company's cut-off for weekly salary calculation is on the last day of their work week ... which means overtime done on that day would not be paid unless you asked for it to which it would take 3 weeks for the additional pay be credited as salary

  • Best thing

    Paid breaks and it’s flexible

    Worst thing

Understaffed at times so it’s kind of stressful and only a few people close like two or three so there’s never enough people to actually get everything done on time so you always leave later than scheduled but you get paid for it
