Best thing
My direct manager/team lead is amazing. They’re the reason I still work here. Most of our team members are super helpful and good work colleagues too.
Worst thing
The sick pay is not great. Only allowed four instances before any extra sick isn't paid. The other manager on the team is not well liked. They micro manage without need and don’t treat their understaff like adults and with the correct respect. Booking Annual leave and be a nightmare as there’s so many rules about when you can’t book off it makes it really hard to take.
