  management is poor. i didnt get paid because of their equipment failing. taken to disciplinary for being sick when i had a sick note. lack of communication. no trust or respect

  Depending on the manager, the place is very people friendly.

  The workload in the esure car insurance campaign is massive and keeps getting added to. Not enough time to do your actual job due to multiple tedious tasks and systems thatust be dealt with.
