Best thing
Great people! Not hard labour and because of 0hours I can choose not to do a shift
Worst thing
Never given enough hours! Management can be seriously rude about your availability. Have to buy uniform (from the stores choice of brands) and pay 60% of the price.

Best thing
Can be very flexible
Worst thing
Can be over worked and understaffed and still be asked for more, the staff can become quite catty for example staff will only talk to people on their own department and can be rude to others, so if you was to do overtime on another department you can be made to feel uncomfortable your whole shift. Sometimes if its a busy time period and you’re understaffed you can be asked to take less of or no break at all even if you’re entitled to one
