    Knowing what to do in every role needed. Being a good all round employee

    You get 0 acknowledgement for anything you do. The managers will only pick up on the jobs that aren’t done rather then what you have done. Being understaffed, there is no recognition for team members like myself who run around all day making up for the lack of team members.
