Best thing
The staff in general in my store and others I have visited have all been fantastic to work with. Management seem to be vary wary of boundaries and take health seriously when staff need time off.
Worst thing
Lone trading, although the company make rules to "avoid" lone trading, they continue to cut store hours, reducing the overall headcount and leaving them under-staffed with no means of getting cover from neighbouring stores as they're all spread just as thin

Best thing
Break paid and relative easy work
Worst thing
Management ask target but they don't give us all necessary

Best thing
The team I work with
Worst thing
Stores are kept understaffed, which becomes a problem when trying to cover sickness, holidays and maternity leave. We are often asked to cover shifts at short notice and are poorly compensated for it.
