Underpayed, under staffed, over worked, not told about the rota in advance if you’re working later than usual. No taxi/ uber back home if you work later than usual. No pay rises or bonuses. Manager doesn’t care about workers, only money

Stress stress stress, either dead or everything happeneing at once, lack of common decency from some customers, not enough training or time to train new staff, having to do 16hr shift when no one comes in to cover - usually nightshifts, very mentally draining
