Salaried, still relatively easy to book holidays at short notice including flexible working so long as there are enough staff to answer the phones.
Worst thing
Lack of progression for a lot of staff feeling stuck in a dead end role, and limited support for new starters with very limited training. Colleagues inform me that this is better ok both coints in other offices.

Severe lack of training, disorganisation, IT systems that don’t work, no empathy from higher management and line managers often don’t provide much assistance with progression. My line manager personally always “forgets” to update our stats and constantly reorganises one to ones.
