  Department gets treated like it means nothing to the company, our needs are constantly ignored. No praise, constant criticism. Double standards when it comes to food safety, they don’t care that reception don’t adhere to food safety standards every day but if we make one mistake they make a big deal of it. Understaffed. Awful pay. Everyone in my department is affected mentally by this job, losing sleep due to the stress of working there.

  my team is lovely and its definitely the right type of job for me as there's alot of variety in my little jobs, and when given the right information I feel like I'm good at my job as a whole.

  rotas r weekly and they get very annoyed over calling in sick. hostile in group chats. I feel I'm underpaid for what I do which is alot more than what's face value. I don't get given all the information of events sometimes meaning I look like an idiot when people ask me and I don't know.
