If you smoke you get a smoke break when you want. If you don’t you will do a 6 hour shift with out a break. Constantly on your feet trying to get the job done. With constantly 1 member of staff being needed

The company is not progressing. Outside the shop they do not listen to you very well. Pay is low for the amount of work needed to do. Not flexible with the hours given each week for the shop so costly struggle to run efficiently.
