  • Best thing

    My colleagues.

    Worst thing

Head office don't care about you. Area managers don't listen to problems despite it being their job. You only get one public holiday - xmas day. Extra stress is put on customer advisors when auditors or head office come out for visits - they expect the shop to be flawless. Dealing with inconsiderate customers on the daily. Hendersons make out like they pay big bucks, but in reality they upped the pay by pennies and took away bonuses of hundreds of pounds that you would've got throughout the year.
