Best thing
The kindness of fellow FOH
Worst thing
The fact that we don't get the legal requirement of break time, I was denied sick leave even though I physically couldn't move, constantly blames for bad things. Manager is rude.

Best thing
Happy customers and making someone's day is the only happiness I get from my job.
Worst thing
Do not get breaks on 6-hour shifts only on 7-hour shifts. No proper training even during a quieter time in lockdown, told off for mistakes haven't been trained in. Terrible supervisor attitude and talks in a condescending way. Favouritism with co-workers and one co-worker is paid more for the same job with fewer hours because of being the 'favourite'. Managers/owners extremely shady and tips arent shared every month just put in the tip jar for show. They also talk behind our backs about everyone.
