Long hours, late nights, not enough pay, no breaks, working weekends, no help from higher up management, no confidentiality, no sick pay, not aloud to have a laugh, deadly serious, can't do this - can't say that, head office always taking clients side when we need help, having no control over anything, being spoken to like a piece of dirt and having to accept it
