Everything about the company, the way its run you don't get any where unless you know or "know" managers personally. They are disorganised, treat the workers terribly and force us to do overtime which 90% of the time we aren't paid for. They don't focus on patient safety and the few members of office staff that do can't do anything about it because they have no road staff to pick up and drop off patients.
The managers are sleazy, and they don't know how to talk to people. Most of our equipment is out of date or broken and half of the ambulances are in a state of disrepair. The company is a shambles and is run like a redneck familyAmbulance care assistant at HATS, July 2022
