  • Best thing

    Staff discount
    Nice team

    Worst thing

Company don't care about staff safety in store, just bothered about £££

Every manager is on a different salary for doing the same job. Managers in smaller stores are getting paid better than managers in big stores. Severely overpay senior management and underpay DMs and VMs

    H&M Employee, April 2023

  • Best thing

    Discount

    Worst thing

No staff, management issues, unorganised at times and bad pay

    H&M Sales assistant, March 2023

  • Best thing

That is it is in the fashion industry, which mean I can work my self up even though it take a long time to pre guess .

    Worst thing

How long and hard it is to to progress in the store, and even if you do do not necessarily to get a pay rise, even though you doing more for the company. If you work on the floor that you don’t like it’s hard to get moved, even that affect your mental health.
