    Exhausting Physically and Mentally Work Load.

    Shift work so no set hours generally but do try work with your availability and can have 6 to 8 shifts in a row. Especially after paid time off.

    Difficult, Stressful and Rude Customers and Situations.

    Difficult training course for new croupiers.

    Repetitive style of work (Spinning balls, dealing cards and changing chips.) Can cause injuries like Repetitive strains and back, hips and shoulders pain.

    The pay, it was never permanent, but the commission scheme was a good size bonus every month.

    Job uncertainty, higher management do NOT have your back. Staff turnover is very high. Customers are often rude and/or drunk.
