    hilariously understaffed for how busy we are (even with trainees present), poorly managed breaks (often don't get any at all or only get one out of multiple, depending on length of shift), customers, unforgiving hours and shifts, awful rotas (frequent close-opens pushed onto the few fully flexible staff members), lack of shift managers.

    the hours are awful, we're massively understaffed to the point where one sickness while others are on leave creates chaos and early closures, some team are unreliable and do not put in the work causing others to have to work twice as hard to keep things on time, some management leave one person unattended at tills with a queue out the door

    The mishandling of bullying in the workplace, the constant roster changes that no one even asks you about. The favouritism, inequality and unreachable expectations. Current CEO has either lost touch with what’s happening on the ground or simply only cares about the millions she’s getting in her bank while the rest of us are drowning at the bottom bringing the money in.

    The upper management are totally out of touch with the actual people who are earning them money. I don't feel appreciated and know that they would replace me at the drop of a hat. More and more pressure and additional work is added, good workers are treated the same as bad ones so there is no incentive to do your best as it's ignored. Have got the customers backs more than their own staff.

    The company doesn’t care about staff welfare, management is awful. The breaks are not good enough to actually have a rest from working. People are rude. It’s nearly always unnecessarily stressful and nobody cares about each other. Management are never grateful for the work we do or praise us for our efforts. The environment is unsuitable for working in, temperatures exceed 28 degrees with no AC and winters are freezing and we get no seasonal uniform adjustments. We’re always bossed about by the management team and there is a clear hierarchy when it comes to our roles. In my opinion, we get treated awfully and it’s always overlooked.

    The customers, head office cutting demand hrs and giving us minimum staff in busy days, not being allowed to turn off just eat/uber/click and collect with permission from area manager. Constantly pressure to reduce scheduled hrs. Constant pressure to keep cleaning standard
