Best thing
The people. Hard working, good people who pull together and work extremely hard. Laugh all day long.
Worst thing
Very high work load, heavy lifting, not enough staff, pay does not reflect workload!!! Favouritism to friends when it comes to progression, tolerance of lazy people by higher management, making decisions without asking staff their opinion (for example, opening Boxing Day and ruining everyone’s Christmas!)

Best thing
Get to work with a lovely team of people, pay is good for a retail job, profit share every year
Worst thing
Customers and between me and a few other people, once you start working at Greggs, it’s impossible to leave because nobody will hire you

Best thing
Part time hours, nice people. Rewards when company doing well. Good discount.
Worst thing
The early start at 5.30. Not enough room in the shop unit particularly in the back where sandwiches are made. On your feet all the time.
