What people say about pay at Great Bear Distribution

  • Best thing

Left alone in the road to do my job, not miethered like other transport companies. Easy work with pre loaded trailers from either Cannock or Doncaster for RDC deliveries mainly.

    Worst thing

Have to chase office up on things like uniform, gate pass etc, always have to do the leg work to get progression of things done within the company. Paper pay slips, every month or so backdated from previous weeks, be easier having online pay slips like most other companies.
