Once your shift is done, there's no stress tk take home.
Long weekends - every 3 weeks we get a 5 day weekend.
Earlies-lates-earlies-lates, it's a weekly change and you can plan accordingly.Worst thing
The fluctuations in starting times. Early shifts can start between 3am and 11am. So sleeping patterns is never going to be stable.
Only 1 weekend off every 3 weeks.

Antisocial hours, pay is the lowest out of any TOC, never feel appreciated for the work you put in, can be a really boring job depending where you work and who you work with.
