  The staff I work with are lovely and supportive. I'm provided the hours I need and am paid fairly. I enjoy working with the general pubic and meeting a variety of people day to day. My personal GM is amazing and supportive of my career growth but is held back by rules of head office.

  The head office in my company has very little concept of the day to day workings of the business and often make changes that neither benefit the company financially or their staff members in any way. Like many corporations, head office have no idea of what it's like to work on the restaurant floor and don't adapt to situations or admit when they've made mistakes that effect the staff and customers

  Terrible General manager and head office/upper management.
  Not enough advance notice on rota’s or shift changes, sometimes not even asked or put on shifts that aren’t on my availability as a student
