• Best thing

  Very flexible, you are incharge on your own schedule and as long as you keep the student or parents of the student informed, it easy enough to move lesson times if you're sick or have something unexpected turn up. If students are no shows, you get paid £7.50 for it. They're constantly improving from employee feedback. It's easy enough to get students, you just put in your availability and they allocate you trial shifts.

  Worst thing

  Planning a lesson can take up to an hour and you don't get paid for that. You're technically self employed, so your job is not secure - if there isn't any students, you have no job. It's all online tutoring and this can be a barrier when teaching a lesson. Since it's an online platform, sometimes lessons don't run properly or there's glitches with the webapp
